For one magical day, our café is turning into Luke’s Diner with coffee (strong enough to keep up with Lorelai) and other Gilmore Girls themed drinks, stacks of pancakes, snacks worthy of a Gilmore marathon, and Gilmore approved lunch bites that would make Rory and Lorelai proud.
